They took care of everything! Like, they even remembered my birthday and surprised me with a cake! The location was great! Just a short walk to everything important, and the staff was unbelievably helpful.

Also, the air conditioning was down due to a government decree, which made the room warmer than I'd have liked. Keeping the windows opened wasn’t a great option because of the traffic noise outside. Overall, there were fantastic aspects of my stay, but some issues did affect my comfort.
